About Better Societies

An accelerator for the people solving the top 10 existential threats of AI.

Better Societies brings together AI safety researchers, founders, policymakers, activists, investors, and governments. We build the network and infrastructure they need to move faster on the problems that matter most.

Founder

Adrien Harrison

Adrien built Better Societies after watching EU AI Act compliance become a €250,000 to €1 million or more in Big Four fees, or a SaaS dashboard that produces checkboxes, not the Annex IV Technical Documentation procurement teams actually demand.

Better Societies is his answer to that gap: a practitioner-led firm that delivers the complete Articles 9-17 and 43-49 documentation stack in 6 weeks, drawing on the same research community that informed the regulation.

Prior to Better Societies: Adrien led growth and operations for multiple B2B ventures across Europe and Southeast Asia.

Why this work

AI's most serious risks don't have a single solution. They require coordinated effort across research, policy, business, and civil society; working together rather than in parallel.

Better Societies operates with 10+ confirmed AI safety experts from institutions including Yale, IEEE, Bristol Robotics Lab, UT Austin, and Sorbonne. Every program is shaped by the people defining AI safety standards globally.
